Ovarian cancer is a silent killer, often going undetected.

The Trudy Crowley Foundation was created to alleviate the suffering of those both directly and indirectly impacted by ovarian cancer. We aim to expose this silent killer, by raising awareness and vital funds – and connecting people with the right information, support services and resources during this difficult time.

The Trudy Crowley Foundation ensures no woman, child, partner, or friend feels alone.

Trudy’s dream of ensuring that those affected by cancer in our community would have dedicated support and care is now a reality. For example – our nurse, Rosie, provides the Mackay and Whitsunday regions with a new level of service, care, support and assistance to our beautiful patients, and their families. Our aim is to look after our patients holistically, so alongside nurse Rosie providing clinical support is Rebecca - from Breakthrough Counselling and Support Services. This, we can proudly say, is the only service of its kind in Australia.
